It's Par-TEE Time!

Yesterday's post featured a baseball themed party for Father's Day.  What if your dad or your husband is more into tee-times than seventh inning stretches?  If that's the case, take inspiration from this golf-themed party board.

Golf Party

How to throw a "Father's Day Par-TEE":
*For the party decor, keep with the "green" theme.  Incorporate all kinds of green into your tablescape, including your linens, your serving pieces, and your centerpiece.
*Serve golf-themed cupcakes and utlize sugar for the sand and miniature flags for the pennants.
*Use golf-balls in your centerpieces.  Two ideas are pictured here.  One from Southern Living showcases pyramids of stacked balls on a wooden platform.  You could even have golfballs monogrammed for your father and include those in these pyramids!  What a great gift that would make.  Or you can utilize green grass and golf balls in simple square glass vases.
*William Arthur features a beautiful line of golf stationery for men.  "These heavy-weight, Celery Green notes which are deeply bleed embossed with putter head and golf ball are sure to make a hole‾in‾one when given as a gift or to share your success on the green. The accompanying white envelopes have a golf flag and hole litho printed in Celery Green on the flap. Packed 10 folded notes and 10 envelopes."
*Find fun golf-ball themed party favors to give guests.  One idea are these golf ball tape measures, perfect to help any man with his "Honey Do" list!

Score a Hole-In-One with this Father's Day golf-themed party!
